عند محاصرة مستشفى كمال عدوان أعطت قوات الجيش الإسرائيلي إنذار لإخلاء مستشفى كمال عدوان وكانت العائلة نازحة في حاصل بجانب المستشفى وعند محاولة نزوحهم تم إستهدافهم من قبل طائرات الإستطلاع بصاروخ مباشر نحوهم ما أدى لتحويلهم إلى أشلاء وهي عائلة كاملة عبارة عن طبيب وأبنائه.
