كانت الضحية متوجهة للعلاج في مستشفى الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني -القدس- وخلال ذهابه وهو في الشارع قامت الطائرات الحربية بقصف منزل بالشارع الذي كان يتواجد فيه مما أدى إلى إصابته إصابة بالغة نقل على إثرها لمستشفى شهداء الأقصى في المحافظة الوسطى وإستشهد فيها نتيجة نقص الرعاية الطبية..
